TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This document sets forth the TERMS AND CONDITIONS of TAVINSTORES. We believe all information herein stated are deemed READ by you and by placing an order, you agree to be bound by the T&C set out herein. If you have any further questions, we are here to help.

PLACING AN ORDER

1. Items on the website are exactly as seen. So please be sure of items you order.

2. Channels available for placing orders are INSTAGRAM DM, WHATS-APP(link in bio) and WEBSITE. We do not attend to inquires via comment sections on our INSTAGRAM PLATFORM.

3. Please always reconfirm availability of product of items once inquired about before making payment. If item is SOLD OUT after payment, transaction fee will be deducted from the refund(refund takes 2-5working days).

4. For preorder items, please note that delivery takes at-least 3-4weeks from the next day of payment. We would not be pressured before stated duration for delivery.

5. For bridal beads order, production takes 7 to 14days.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

1. Orders once paid for cannot be canceled.

2. Exchange policy only on SHOES if returned within 24hrs (within Lagos) and 2 days (outside Lagos) of receipt. Exception only on wrongly delivered orders.

3. We operate strictly NO REFUND NO WARRANTY policy.

DELIVERY OR PICKUP

1. Complete Delivery fee is to be included for all delivery orders.

2. PICKUP AT THE STORE is allowed.

3. We do not accept PAYMENT ON DELIVERY. Your payment validates order.

4. Incase of wrong delivery location (e.g stating your delivery location is LEKKI PHASE 1 meanwhile its AJAH), the extra delivery charge would be collected before delivery of your items or items would be retracted.

5. Paying lesser than the sum total of goods and delivery if applicable will be converted to store credit and items will not be reserved and REFUND will not be made.

6. In case of double payment due to technical glitch on our website, we are happy to issue a refund within 2 to 5 working days all things equal.

7. Out of Lagos delivery: via DHL(2-5 working days), OR via GIG (3-7 working days).

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY VIA DHL (4-10working days). A tracking number would be sent to you so you can track your shipment.

For international orders, items more than 1kg will attract extra charges

8. In a situation whereby customer REQUESTS for bus delivery, a fee of N1,000 should be paid with your order. This is to pay the rider who will be taking it to the park for you(this does not cover the delivery fee to your location). The drivers number would be sent to you for further communication and payment. NOTE: We would not be held accountable for loss of items, delayed delivery or drivers misconduct.
